LINDSAY MORRIS resides with her family on the East End of Long Island. She is a freelance photographer and photo editor of Edible Magazine. In her latest project, Meet Your Neighbor, she is getting acquainted with her immediate neighbors one house at a time.

Lindsay’s work has been featured on BBC World News and published in TIME, New York Times Magazine, New York Magazine, Vanity Fair, Scientific American, GEO International, PDN, Marie Claire, Elle, and Vanity Fair. 

Recent exhibitions include The International Center of Photography, NYC, The Newport Art Museum, RI, The Parrish Art Museum, NY, the Hamburg Triennial, Germany, Fotofest, Houston, Photoville Brooklyn, Catherine Edelman Gallery, Chicago, solo exhibitions at Guild Hall Art Museum, Clamp Art, NY, Rayko Photo Center, San Francisco and the Center for Fine Art Photography, Fort Collins, CO. 

Morris is a co-producer of the 2016 BBC documentary, My Transgender Summer Camp, and has published her first monograph, You Are You, documenting a summer camp for gender-creative children and their families, in collaboration with Kehrer Verlag, Germany. 

Lindsay discovered her passion for photography on a yearlong Rotary Youth Exchange program in South Africa when she was eighteen, and continued her photographic studies at the School of the Art Institue of Chicago, The School for International Training, Kenya, and received her BFA from The University of Michigan School of Art.
